The Task

To create a buzz and noise amongst some of the most influential people in the UAE and signify the official partnership between Trading Enterprises and Polestar. The brief was split into two parts; a media drive event for journalists to test drive and review the UAE’s most exciting new electric vehicle, and a VIP reveal for UAE government officials.

The Solution

Polestar is an electric performance car brand, determined to improve the society we live in with a focus on uncompromized design and technology. Their vehicles are excellent, efficient, and entertaining, which is what we kept in mind when designing and curating both events.

We chose Alserkal avenue for the media drive, a popular new pop-up warehouse which we were easily able to transform into an impressive Polestar space. The elements and branding were kept sleek and simple in line with the cars design. 12 media personnel attended the event where they learnt more about the brand and were able to test drive the vehicle.

Utilising some of the elements from the media drive such as the signage and lightboxes, we transformed a traditional Dubai venue into a space that was fit for the Polestar brand. The highlight of the evening was the grand reveal of the hero car, the Polestar 2 behind a 3mx3m LED screen.

 

 

 

 

Both concepts are minimalistic with high focus on the vehicles with no

surrounding noise or clutter.
