Create a unique series of events for the Dubai Future Talks program, that will bring senior government officials together and create an environment that fosters inspiring, engaging and digestible conversations about the future.
To conceptualize and produce an event to remember, that would equip all attendees with insights and ideas that will define the 21st century and shape the future of the government.
what we did.
The Solution
A series of invite only events taking place every quarter. The Other Guyz conceptualized and produced a very sleek and high end stage where speakers from around the world addressed the Dubai government leadership on topics and ideas to shape the future. We split the event into an outdoor area with a stage for the international speaker and an indoor video capture room that recorded the attendees saying a short word about their vision to the future of Dubai.
One high-profile event of the series was the Neuroscience of Consciousness, where TOG worked closely with Future Talks team to design and execute a high-end event environment for H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, The Crown Prince of Dubai.
