Following on from the hugely successful Nissan NEXT experience, we were tasked by the Nissan Certified Pre-Owned team with organizing one multifaceted ground-breaking event, for all of their national sales companies (NScs), under the overarching themes of “Innovation & Customer Experience”. The objective here was to transform key topics surrounding Certified Pre-Owned Nissan vehicles into an engaging way where the audience could interact or have an experiential feel, and this is exactly what we did.
The event space was transformed into two areas; the conference section & experiential zone. Following a morning of detailed presentations, all guests were invited into the experiential area where they were taken through a seamless journey with 5 key touch points. One of the touch points was a web based app developed by TOG which allowed the user to take consistently high quality photos of a CPO vehicle in situ & customise it with the Nissan watermark and background filters. This was an engaging way to showcase to the NSCs how they can better market these vehicles on their website. All of the touch points had an element of digital engagement leaving NSCs inspired by new ways they can interact with their customers in their showrooms & encourage a single customer focus regardless of buying a brand new or used Nissan.
