bmw Presidents’ Meeting
The Brief
The C3 Presidents’ meeting is a unique 3 day business event, attended by the top management of BMW from the C3 regions (Middle East, Japan, Russia & Korea). This year it returns for the first time since 2013.
The objective was to provide a best in class, premium & luxury experience from start to finish which embodies the BMW brand.

THE SOLUTION
With our extensive knowledge of Dubai venues and activities, TOG curated a tailored agenda for the 3-day event which included business meetings, a luxury yacht experience & a night at a magnificent private desert camp. All logistics were managed by a dedicated project team, from airport transfers & room drops, to full event-set up & on-site management.
