Shahid is the first free video-on-demand and leading TV catch-up service in the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region. This year they decided to have a brand presence at Comic-Con, the largest pop culture conference in the world.
Shahid came to us to help them promote their summer Marvel movie collection in addition to their new original Arabic content. They also wanted to make sure the brand engages with the cosplayers throughout the three-day event and get them to test the app.
TOG created an experiential environment made of a central dance-off competition area, pop-corn and water stand topped by a massive LED Screen showing trailers from Shahid content. Additionally, we scattered multiple photo opportunities for the cosplayers to engage with based on some of the movies available on Shahid at the time including, Thor, Avengers, Guardians of The Galaxy and their new Arabic series.
